LRM Planning was part of the team to have secured full planning permission for 20 affordable houses in Cadoxton on behalf of Pegasus Developments (Glamorgan).
Vale of Glamorgan Council planning committee voted unanimously in favour of the residential development that will provide 20 affordable units.
The scheme involves the redevelopment of the brownfield site in the heart of Cadoxton to provide much needed affordable housing. The reuse of this derelict land, previously a quarry, will make best use of land in a sustainable location.
In addition to the high-quality design by Holder Mathias Architects, who expertly designed the scheme around the existing site constraints, the rest of the development team comprised Jessop Reynolds, Corun, TEC and Pure Ecology.
The Council, including the Case Officer Chloe Jones, were proactive and pragmatic throughout the entire determination period and we are grateful for their input.
