Owen Jones

Owen has many years’ experience leading the promotion of development schemes both through strategic planning and the development management process.

He has successfully led the promotion of major strategic development sites throughout England and Wales. He regularly appears at Development Plan Examination and s78 Inquiries.  His current projects include development schemes at North West Cheltenham,  Newbury, Henley-on-Thames, the Key Strategic Site at Bodelwyddan in north Wales and the West of Shottery scheme at Stratford-upon-Avon, one of the seminal case following the publication of the NPPF.

He is a widely trusted and highly respected planning professional.

Owen is also a non-executive Board Member of ateb group; the West Wales Housing Association.
