Steffan Harries

Steffan’s career has comprised working on projects throughout the South of England, and South and West Wales. He has mainly acted for housing associations, major housebuilders and construction companies.

Steffan has many years of experience working within multi-disciplinary teams in order to deliver development, including instances of acting in a pre-planning project management role. This has included a mixed-use regeneration project for the delivery of residential and commercial uses in Cardiff, a care home in Wiltshire, a secondary school in Cardiff and a major urban regeneration project in Clapham, London. Steffan also led in the preparation of an Environmental Statement for an urban extension in Gloucestershire.
