LRM Planning successfully secured full planning permission for 11no. supported living units at the site of the former Levanto care home in Paignton, on behalf of Grosvenor Hill Social Impact Group at Torbay Council’s Planning Committee. 

Torbay Council planning committee voted unanimously in favour of the supported living development that will support adults with mental health conditions. The proposal will change the use of a former care home known as Levanto into 11no. self-contained supported living units.  

The proposal will assist in delivering specialist supported living accommodation within Torbay that meets a specific identified local housing need.
