LRM has submitted an outline planning application for residential development at Sittingbourne, Swale.

Hallam Land Management Limited is seeking planning permission for up to 290 dwellings and open space to the south of Sittingbourne.

Swale Borough Council’s latest Housing Position Statement indicates they are unable to demonstrate a 5 year housing land supply. The proposed development will make an important contribution to housing delivery, including an above policy contribution to affordable housing.

The landscape led scheme includes a substantial tract of green infrastructure, providing areas of open space and a community orchard accessible to existing and future residents.

LRM Planning look forward to continue to work with the development team on this project as it progresses through the planning process.
