Please find below our latest update regarding local authority decision making protocol as a result of Covid-19.
We are concluding our updates of the ways of working as the majority of Councils in the South West of England and in South Wales have adjusted to news ways of working and are operating as normal as far as practicable. The majority of Councils across both the South West and South Wales are set up to hold Planning Committee virtually and are nearly fully operational aside from matters relating to site visits and travel.
Should there be any further important updates, we will publicise these accordingly, and you are of course welcome to contact members of the LRM team if you have any specific enquiries about individual LPAs.
This briefing note covering South Wales includes the most recent changes since our last note was issued on the 5th June. The South West note has not been updated since the 5th June as there were minimal updates to report.
