Please find below our latest update regarding local authority decision making protocol for as a result of Covid-19.
New regulations were put in place in Wales on 23rd April 2020 which make temporary provision for local authority meetings to be conducted on the basis of full or partial remote attendance. A number of councils in South Wales have set dates for virtual committees to be held, with others likely to follow in the coming weeks, so please check back regularly for updates. Exeter City Council have also recently been successful in holding their first virtual committee, after it having been rescheduled, with LRM Planning having been party to proceedings, and successfully gaining planning permission.
