Following the approval of the hybrid planning application in June 2022, the first phase of development at Vinegar Hill is underway.
The site is an allocated site within Monmouthshire’s Local Development Plan for residential development. This first phase will deliver 72 open market and affordable dwellings, across a range of house sizes and tenures.
Due to the ongoing phosphate constraint across Monmouthshire, the commencement of development at Vinegar Hill is a welcomed step towards housing delivery.
